Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that:

Blue Garden Limited (“Transferor”) transferred and assigned its entire partnership interest in the Partnership to Summerhill Trust Company (Isle of Man) Limited as Trustees of the Braeside Trust (“Transferee”).

Consequently, the Transferor has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership and the Transferee has been admitted to the Partnership as a limited partner.
