Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 , on 28 January 2004, EAGLE STAR LIFE ASSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED (since renamed Zurich Assurance Ltd) (the "LP Transferor") transferred part of its interest in the Partnership to CASTLEMORE HAMPSHIRE LIMITED (the "LP Transferee"). The LP Transferor retained an interest and continues to be a partner in the Partnership.
