On 19 May 2022 the following written Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as Ordinary Resolutions:

That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily.

That Joshua James Dwyer and David John Pike be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.

That anything required or authorised to be done by the Joint Liquidators be done by both or either of them.

At the subsequent Decision of Creditors held on 19 May 2022 the appointment of Joshua James Dwyer and David John Pike as Joint Liquidators was confirmed.
