1. The Land shown edged in red on the below plan forms part of an open space held by the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham (the “Council”). The land measures 5,637 sq. m.

2. NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that the Council intends to extend the disposal of the Land by way of a further lease for a term starting on 8th June 2022 and expiring on 31st October 2023 for the principal purpose of retaining the use of the area as a temporary contractors’ compound to facilitate the completion of development at the adjacent property Fulham Football Club, including the fitting out of spaces throughout the venue, particularly the new Riverside Stand. Completion of this development project has been delayed by the effects of the COVID-19 coronavirus. The Land would be restored to the park on expiry of the lease.

3. Any objection to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to:
