NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a virtual meeting of creditors is to be held at on 19 May 2022 at 10.00am, for the purpose of considering the following:

2. The establishing of a Creditors’ Committee, if sufficient nominations are received by 18 May 2022 and those nominated are willing to be members of a Committee

3. The basis of the Joint Administrators’ fees

4. The approval of the Joint Administrators’ Category 2 expenses

5. The approval of the pre-Administration costs

6. The timing of the Joint Administrators’ discharge.

In order to be entitled to vote creditors must deliver proxies and proofs to PKF GM, 15 Westferry Circus, Canary Wharf, London E14 4HD or jenny.peck@pkfgm.co.uk. All proofs of debt must be delivered by: 4.00pm on 18 May 2022. All proxy forms must be delivered to the convener or chair before they may be used at the meeting fixed for 10.00am on 19 May 2022.

The convener of the meeting is the Joint Administrator.

NOTE: the meeting may be suspended or adjourned by the chair of the meeting (and must be adjourned if it is so resolved at the meeting).
