AYRSHIRE METAL PRODUCTS PLC – 25P ORDINARY SHARES
The Company has been unable to contact a number of registered shareholders (listed below) of Ayrshire Metal Products Plc, 25p Ordinary shares for a period in excess of 12 years.
A letter was sent to all these shareholders at their last known address on 30th March 2022, giving 3 months’ notice that their registered shares will be sold by the Company in accordance with the Articles of Association, unless the Company Secretary is contacted by the registered shareholder (or authorized representative), within 3 months of the letter dated 30th March 2022.
Any registered shareholder wishing to stop the sale must contact the Company Secretary using one of the following methods:
