Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Rule 7.59 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 that we, Simon Bonney (IP No. 9379) and Michael Kiely (IP No. 9617) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, High Holborn House, 52-54 High Holborn, London, WC1V 6RL were appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company by the Secretary of State on 14 April 2022.

Creditors who have not yet proved their debts must forward their proofs of debt to me.

The decision to establish a liquidation committee may be made by the Company’s creditors and/or by its contributories. Where the decision is made by both the creditors and the contributories, the committee is to be established in accordance with the Rules. Where the decision is made only by the creditors, the committee is to be established in accordance with the Rules unless the court orders otherwise. The liquidator must seek a decision from the creditors and contributories as to whether a liquidation committee should be established if requested, in accordance with the Rules, to do so by one-tenth in value of the Company’s creditors.

The Joint Liquidators do not propose to seek a decision from the Company’s creditors or contributories for the purpose of establishing a Liquidation Committee. The Joint Liquidators shall be required to seek such a decision if requested to do so by one-tenth in value of the Company's creditors.
