1. Bowerbox Ltd has acquired the whole, or substantially the whole, of the business of Zellie Limited trading as Zellie/ My Zellie/ myzellie.com/ The Nest Planner/ Out With Baby/ Not Before Tea (A company that entered into liquidation on 10 February 2022) under arrangements made by its liquidator.

2. Bowerbox Ltd hereby gives notice that it intends to trade using Zellie/ My Zellie/ myzellie.com/ The Nest Planner/ Out With Baby/ Not Before Tea, being the trading names of Zellie Limited (A company that entered into liquidation on 10 February 2022) and therefore prohibited names pursuant to section 216 of the Insolvency Act 1986.

Rebecca Patterson of 19 East Park Parade, Northampton, Northamptonshire, NN1 4LE, hereby gives notice of her directorship of Zellie Limited trading as Zellie/ My Zellie/ myzellie.com/ The Nest Planner/ Out with Baby/ Not Before Tea (A company that entered into liquidation on 10 February 2022) from 26 January 2017 and that she will act as a director of Bowerbox Ltd exercising her functions under the Zellie/ My Zellie/ myzelie.com/ The Nest Planner/ Out with Baby/ Not Before Tea trading names.
