A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1. The approval of the Administrator’s Statement of Proposals; 2. The establishing of a Creditors’ Committee; 3. The approval of the Administrator’s fees and costs, including pre-Administration costs; 4. The timing of the Administrator’s discharge.
