Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 2 August 2021 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 23 November 2021, I, Olivia Emily Watts , 51 Mill Road Drive, Ipswich, Suffolk IP3 8UT Single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Leo Evan Watts assumed the name of Olivia Emily Watts.
