Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 13 April 2021 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 17 November 2021 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Lucy Grace Read who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Lucy Katherine Ayre assumed the name of Lucy Grace Read.
