Notice is hereby given that on 7 January 2022, a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by Iain Potter, the sole director of Iain Potter Construction Ltd craving the Court inter alia that Iain Potter Construction Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (with company number SC479285) and having its registered office at Unit 14 7 Heathery Road, Wishaw, Scotland, ML2 7PR be wound up by the Court and that Blair Carnegie Nimmo of Interpath Advisory, 319 St. Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5AS and Alistair McAlinden of Interpath Advisory, 319 St. Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5AS or such other person as the Court may see fit, to be Joint Interim Liquidators of Iain Potter Construction Ltd;

In which Petition, Lord Clark by Interlocutor dated 7 January 2022, appointed the petition to be advertised once in each of the Metro newspaper and the Edinburgh Gazette; granted warrant for service of the petition as craved together with a copy of this interlocutor upon the persons named and designed in the Schedule annexed thereto and appointed them and any other party claiming an interest, to lodge answers thereto, if so advised, within eight days after such intimation, service and advertisement; and in the meantime, appointed the said Blair Carnegie Nimmo of Interpath Advisory, 319 St. Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5AS and Alistair McAlinden of Interpath Advisory, 319 St. Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5AS to be Joint Provisional Liquidators of Iain Potter Construction Ltd; authorises such provisional liquidators to exercise the powers contained in Parts II and III of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986 without the further intervention of the court; declares, in terms of section 231 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that any act required or authorised under any enactment be done by either joint provisional liquidators; all of which notice is hereby given.
