Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that with effect from and including 1 January 2022, Global Fund Trust Company as the Trustee of Selected Private Equity Fund of Funds Europe Portfolio I (the “Departing Limited Partner”) transferred to Hollyport Secondary Opportunities VII Limited (the “New Limited Partner”) all of its interest held in Abingworth Bioventures V LP (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP11781 and that with effect from and including 1 January 2022, the Departing Limited Partner ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and the New Limited Partner became a limited partner in the Partnership.
