Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that, with effect from 31 December 2021, Michael P. Krasny Revocable Trust U/A/D July 1, 1993 assigned the whole of its interest in LaSalle Asia Opportunity Fund III L.P., a limited partnership registered in England with registration number LP012156 (the “Partnership”), to Headlands Capital Annex Fund, LP. As a consequence of such transfer, with effect from 31 December 2021, Headlands Capital Annex Fund, LP was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and Michael P. Krasny Revocable Trust U/A/D July 1, 1993 ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
