1. Mae Gweinidogion Cymru yn gwneud y dynodiadau a ganlyn mewn perthynas â chyfarwyddyd a wneir o dan baragraff 29(1) o Atodlen 22 i Ddeddf y Coronafeirws 2020 ar y dyddiad hwn mewn cysylltiad â mangre Cinema&Co. Swansea Ltd yn 17 Castle Street, Abertawe, SA1 1JF (“cyfarwyddyd Gweinidogion Cymru”).

2. Mae Gweinidogion Cymru, at ddibenion paragraff 34(1) o Atodlen 22 i Ddeddf y Coronafeirws 2020, yn dynodi’r personau a ganlyn i gymryd unrhyw gamau gweithredu sy’n angenrheidiol i orfodi cydymffurfedd â chyfarwyddyd Gweinidogion Cymru—

(a) swyddog o Gyngor Dinas a Sir Abertawe;

(b) unrhyw berson arall sy’n gweithredu o dan gyfarwyddyd Cyngor Dinas a Sir Abertawe;

(c) cwnstabl.

3. Caiff y camau gweithredu a grybwyllir ym mharagraff 2 gynnwys y canlynol—

(a) diogelu’r fangre a grybwyllir ym mharagraff 1 drwy ei chloi neu drwy ddulliau eraill a ystyrir yn briodol gan berson a ddynodir o dan baragraff 2;

(b) cyfarwyddo unrhyw berson fel y’i crybwyllir ym mharagraff 4 o gyfarwyddyd Gweinidogion Cymru i ddiogelu’r fangre honno.

4. Mae Gweinidogion Cymru, at ddibenion paragraff 34(2) o Atodlen 22 i Ddeddf y Coronafeirws 2020, yn dynodi’r personau a ganlyn i ddwyn achos am drosedd o dan Ran 4 o’r Atodlen honno mewn cysylltiad â chyfarwyddyd Gweinidogion Cymru—

(a) y Cwnsler Cyffredinol;

(b) Cyngor Dinas a Sir Abertawe.

1. The Welsh Ministers make the following designations in relation to a direction made under paragraph 29(1) of Schedule 22 to the Coronavirus Act 2020 on this date in respect of the premises of Cinema&Co. Swansea Ltd at 17 Castle Street, Swansea, SA1 1JF (the “Welsh Ministers’ direction”).

2. The Welsh Ministers, for the purposes of paragraph 34(1) of Schedule 22 to the Coronavirus Act 2020, designate the following persons to take such action as is necessary to enforce compliance with the Welsh Ministers’ direction—

(a) an officer of Swansea City and County Council;

(b) any other person acting under the direction of Swansea City and County Council;

(c) a constable.

3. The action mentioned in paragraph 2 may include—

(a) securing the premises mentioned in paragraph 1 by locking them or by other means considered appropriate by a person designated under paragraph 2;

(b) directing any person as is mentioned in paragraph 4 of the Welsh Ministers’ direction to secure those premises.

4. The Welsh Ministers, for the purposes of paragraph 34(2) of Schedule 22 to the Coronavirus Act 2020, designate the following persons to bring proceedings for an offence under Part 4 of that Schedule in connection with the Welsh Ministers’ direction—

(a) the Counsel General;

(b) Swansea City and County Council.
