Notice is hereby given that creditors of the Company are required, on or before 10 December 2021 to prove their debts by delivering their proofs (in the format specified in Rule 14.4 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016) to the Joint Liquidators at Rollings Butt LLP, 6 Snow Hill, London, EC1A 2AY.

Note: on 8 October 2019, the High Court approved Scheme of Arrangement between the Instant Cash Loans Limited and its creditors. Under the terms of the scheme, creditor claims were compromised and balances will be repaid from funds designated for that purpose.

Creditors bound by the scheme who have had their claims compromised should not respond to this notice.

If so required by notice from the Joint Liquidators, creditors must produce any document or other evidence which the Joint Liquidators consider is necessary to substantiate the whole or any part of a claim.
