THE CROYDON (ON-STREET CHARGED-FOR PARKING PLACES) (NO.20) ORDER 2021
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Croydon Council on 01 November 2021 made the above Traffic Orders under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended and all other enabling powers.
1. The general effect of the Orders would be to:
a) Revoke the disabled parking places in the vicinity of No.177 Bensham Lane, Thornton Heath, No.12 Enmore Avenue, South Norwood No.49 Everton Road, Croydon, No.116 Kingsdown Avenue, South Croydon, No.152 Kingsdown Avenue, South Croydon, No.66 Lucerne Road, Thornton Heath, No.9 Lynwood Gardens, Croydon, No.24 Tylecroft Road, Norbury, No.63 Watcombe Road, South Norwood, No.8 Zermatt Road, Thornton Heath.
b) Designate new parking places at which vehicles displaying a disabled persons’ badge may be left without charge or time limit in the following locations.

c) Amend the map-based tiles to the Schedule attached to the above Orders so as to accurately represent the new parking arrangements as they exist on site.
2. Copies of the Orders, which will come into operation on 29 November 2021 and of all associated Orders can be inspected from 9am to 4pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made, at the “Access Croydon” Facility, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon, CR0 1EA.
3.Copies of the Orders may be obtained from the Parking Design Team, 6th Floor, Zone C, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon CR0 1EA.
4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the ground that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
