Notice is hereby given that on 27 October 2021, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court, Glasgow by CITY PROPERTY GLASGOW (INVESTMENTS) LLP, having their Registered Office at Exchange House, 229 George Street, Glasgow, G1 1QU craving the Court inter alia to order that Metropolitan Inns Limited, having its Registered Office at 3 Robert Drive, Glasgow, G51 3HE be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 27 October 2021 appointed ANNETTE MENZIES and STEVEN WRIGHT, Second Floor, 18 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6QY to be the Provisional Liquidators of the said Company with the powers contained in Paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part 2 of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; and appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers within eight days of intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
