Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Port aux Choix Private Investments Inc transferred 18% of its interest in BC European Capital X - 4 LP, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP016730 (the “Partnership”), to Harbourvest Structured Solutions IV L.P. and as a result of such transfer, Harbourvest Structured Solutions IV L.P. was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
