In a Petition presented to the Court of Session in terms of Section 6 of the above Act at the instance of Her Majesty’s Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills in respect of Mr Rashid Munir otherwise known as Mr Mohammed Rashid Munir, residing at 0/2, 21 West End Park Street, GLASGOW, G36LH Lord Clark on 30 September 2021, made the following order:- The Lord Ordinary, on the motion of petitioner and having considered the petition and proceedings, no answers having been lodged, 1. disqualifies the respondent, Mr Rashid Munir otherwise known as Mr Mohammed Rashid Munir, without leave of the court, from being a director of a company, or being a liquidator or administrator of a company, or being a receiver or manager of a company’s property, or in any way, whether directly or indirectly, being concerned with or taking part in the promotion, formation or management of a company for a period of 8 years from this date, beginning 21 days after the date of this interlocutor; 2. directs the Deputy Principal Clerk of Session to furnish the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy with the particulars of the Order in accordance with Regulations 6(1)(g) and 7 of the Companies (Disqualification Order) Regulations 2009; 3. appoints this order to be advertised in the Edinburgh Gazette; 4. finds the respondent liable to the petitioner in the expenses of the petition and procedure; remits the account thereof, when lodged, to the Auditor of Court to tax; and decerns.
