NOTICE OF DISCLAIMER OF BONA VACANTIA

Company Name: BODY BUILDING COMPLETE CO LIMITED

WHEREAS BODY BUILDING COMPLETE CO LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under company number SC390436 was dissolved on 3 August 2012; AND WHEREAS in terms of section 1012 of the Companies Act 2006 all property and rights whatsoever vested in or held on trust for a dissolved company immediately before its dissolution are deemed to be bona vacantia; AND WHEREAS immediately before its dissolution the said Body Building Complete Co Limited was the Tenant under a Lease between ABJ IRELAND LIMITED a company incorporated in Northern Ireland under the Companies Acts under registered number NI069902 and the said Body Building Complete Co Limited, dated 19 January and 28 January and registered in the Books of Council and Session on 7 February all dates in the year 2011, of ALL and WHOLE those subjects known as and forming 888 Shettleston Road, Glasgow being the shop premises on the ground floor of the tenement 868 to 888 (even numbers) Shettleston Road and 5 and 7 Wellshot Road registered in the Land Register of Scotland under Title Number GLA79251; AND WHEREAS the dissolution of the said Body Building Complete Co Limited came to my notice on 3 September 2021: Now THEREFORE I, DAVID BRYCE HARVIE, the Queen’s and Lord Treasurer’s Remembrancer, in pursuance of section 1013 of the Companies Act 2006, do by this Notice disclaim the Crown’s whole right and title in and to the Tenant’s interest under the said Lease.
