Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 14 January 2021 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 15 March 2021 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Jaxon Benjamin Hayden Moulsdale who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Jaxon Zachary Moulsdale assumed the name of Jaxon Benjamin Hayden Moulsdale.
