NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the directors of the company are convening a virtual meeting of creditors to be held on 28 July 2021 at 10.30 am, for the purpose of deciding on the nomination of a liquidator.

In order to be entitled to vote creditors must deliver proxies and proofs to MB Insolvency, 11 Roman Way, Berry Hill, Droitwich, WR9 9AJ by Proofs must be received by 4pm on the business day before the virtual meeting. Creditors wishing to vote at the virtual meeting must (unless they are individual creditors attending in person) lodge their proxy form with the Liquidator before they may be used at the meeting.
