We, Gary Paul Shankland (IP No. 009587) of Begbies Traynor (London) LLP, 31st Floor, 40 Bank Street, London, E14 5NR and Joanne Louise Hammond (IP No. 17030) of Begbies Traynor (SY) LLP, 3rd Floor, Westfield House, 60 Charter Row, Sheffield, S1 3FZ were appointed as joint liquidators of the Company on 12 April 2021.
