Notice is hereby given that at a General Meeting of the above-named company held on 27 April 2021 the company was placed in Members’ Voluntary (Solvent) Liquidation and Ronan Duffy of McCambridge Duffy LLP, Templemore Business Park, Northland Road, Derry, BT48 0LD, was appointed liquidator.

Notice is hereby given that the creditors of the above named Company which is being voluntarily wound up, are required, on or before to prove their debts by sending to the undersigned at the above address 28 May 2021 which is the last day for proving claims. The liquidator also gives notice that he will then make a final distribution to creditors and that a creditor who does not make a claim by the date mentioned will not be included in the distribution.

All known creditors have been or will be paid in full.
