NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that West Northamptonshire Council being the Highway Authority for the area in which the land is situated in the County of Northamptonshire, intends to apply to Wellingborough Magistrates Court sitting at The Court House, Midland Road, Wellingborough, NN8 1HF on Tuesday 22nd June 2021 at 3.00pm for an Order under Section 116 of the Highways Act 1980 authorising the stopping up of part of an area of public highway at, Market Place Brackley, Northamptonshire, NN13 7AB on the ground that it is unnecessary for public use.

The effect of the Order sought will be to prevent all traffic (both vehicular and pedestrian) using the highway described in the Schedule below and shown for the purposes of identification only hatched red on the Plan which may be inspected at the offices of LGSS Law Ltd, One Angel Square, Angel Street, Northampton, NN1 1ED between the hours of 10.00am - 12.00pm and 2.00pm - 4.00pm on Monday to Friday inclusive (excluding bank holidays and public holidays). On hearing the application, any person to whom this Notice has been given, any person who uses the highway, or any other person who may be aggrieved by the making of this Order, has a right to be heard, by prior appointment due to Covid restrictions.
