Notice is given that by Order of the Court dated 19 March 2021, Catherine Lee-Baggaley was removed as Officeholder in the cases listed in Schedules A, B, C, D and E below, and Matthew Dix was appointed as Officeholder in her place.

The Court ordered that the creditors and members be notified of the Order by the giving of this notice. The Court also ordered that:

Any creditor who has an objection to the order shall have 56 days from the date of this advertisement to apply to Court to set aside or vary the terms of this order. Such application shall not affect the transfer of the cases listed in Schedules A - E until further or other order by the Court.

The Replacement Officeholder and the Remaining Officeholder shall give notice to the Outgoing and Replacement Officeholders recognised professional bodies, the Registrar of Companies and the Secretary of State of the terms of this order as soon as reasonably practicable. Liberty to the recognised professional body and the Secretary of State to apply to the Court to set aside or vary the terms of this Order. Such application shall not affect the transfer of the cases listed in Schedules A - E until further or other order by the Court

The Replacement and the Remaining Officeholder shall file a copy of this Order with each of the Courts listed in Schedules A - E.

The Outgoing Officeholder shall receive her release as office holder 56 days after the giving of notice to creditors, in accordance with the Order, save that such release may be subject to further order in the event of an application by any creditor under paragraph 5 of the Order for the specific case(s), subject to any application.

There be liberty to the parties to apply within 12 months of the date of this order.

No order for costs.
