Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 16 March 2020 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 5 March 2021, I, Fleur Eugenie Ellis Galpin-Swan, 20 London Road, Poulton, Cirencester, Gloucestershire GL7 5JG Married/Civil Partnership and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Fleur Eugenie Ellis Swan and assumed the name of Fleur Eugenie Ellis Galpin-Swan.
