Notice is hereby given that on the 1st March 2021 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court of Lothian and Borders at Edinburgh by Edgar Ramsay craving the Court to recall an award of Sequestration against Edgar Ramsay, currently residing at Kinchie House, Ormiston Hall, Pencaitland, EH35 5NJ, Sheriff Ross by Interlocutor dated the 8th March 2021 appointed any party claiming an interest (if they wish to defend the action) to email the Court edinburghcommercial@scotcourts.gov.uk within fourteen days after such intimation and advertisement to state whether they intend to defend the action and to lodge at the same time written submissions (which parties are to exchange) setting out their submissions why the orders craved should not be granted, all of which notice is hereby given.
