Notice is hereby given that on 8 March 2021 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of North Strathclyde at Greenock by Wendy Margaret Wotherspoon craving the Court inter alia that TCG Topco Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts with registered number: SC608452 and having its Registered Office at Kintallon, Porterfield Road, Kilmalcolm, PA13 4NT (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff of North Strathclyde at Greenock by Interlocutor dated 8 March 2021 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Sheriff Court, Greenock within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service and on the same day appointed Donald Mackinnon, Wylie Bisset LLP Chartered Accountants, 168 Bath Street, Glasgow, G2 4TP to be Provisional Liquidator of the Company with the Powers specified in paragraphs 4 and 5 of part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended); of all which notice is hereby given.
