NOTICE IS GIVEN pursuant to Rules 15.6 and 15.8 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that sufficient requests that a physical meeting of creditors be convened were received from creditors of Club La Costa (UK) Limited (‘the Company’) pursuant to Section 246ZE(4) of the Insolvency Act 1986 and the previous decision by correspondence procedure is superseded.

A meeting of the creditors of the Company will be held on 24 March 2021 at 11.00am to enable creditors to consider the nomination of Joint Liquidators, the approval of the Joint Administrators’ proposals, the establishment of a creditors’ committee and the approval of the Joint Administrators’ remuneration.

Due to strict Government guidelines currently in place as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak the meeting will be held remotely by way of a conference call. The conference call details will be provided on request by contacting Nadine Naylor at CLC@bdo.co.uk

In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting a proof of debt form and supporting documentary evidence (unless previously submitted) must be returned to me at the contact details below by 4pm on the business day before the meeting.

Any creditor entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to do so either in person or by proxy. Proxy forms must be returned to me at the contact details below prior to the commencement of the meeting.
