Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 8 September 2020 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 4 February 2021, I, PENELOPE JANE WALLER, 141 Clifton Road, Rugby, CV21 3QN, Divorced/Civil Partnership dissolved and a British Citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of PENELOPE JANE BLOODWORTH and assumed the name of PENELOPE JANE WALLER.
