1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Sutton proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.

2. The general effect of the Orders will be to introduce or amend in certain locations the following parking and waiting changes (a) no waiting at any time (double yellow lines) restrictions.

• on the northern side of Woodstock Avenue outside No 20 to 36

• on the northern side of Woodstock Avenue between No 44 to 62

• on both sides of Gander Green Lane adjoining existing double yellow lines between Nos 327 and 353

• on both sides of Gander Green Lane from the Red Route to the double yellow lines at junction with Windsor Avenue

(c) no waiting (single yellow line) restrictions operating Monday to Friday between 9am and 5.30pm on the north east side of Willow Walk south east of Kimpton Road

(d) limited time parking bay operating Monday to Saturday between 8am and 6.30pm maximum stay 1 hour no return within 2 hours on the east side of Sutton Common Road outside Nos. 252 to 256

(e) goods vehicles only loading bay operating at any time on the west side of Minden Road outside Nos 6 and 8

(f) amend the map-based tiles to the schedule attached to The Sutton (Charged for Parking Places) Order 2017 and to The Sutton (Free Parking Places, Loading Places and Waiting, Loading and Stopping Restrictions) Order 2017 to match conditions as they exist on site.

3. Copies of the proposed Orders, of the Council’s Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Orders and plans showing the locations and the effects of the proposals may be inspected at the Council’s Civic Offices, St Nicholas Way, Sutton, Surrey, SM1 1EA. Copies can also be obtained by calling 020 8770 5000.
