Notice is hereby given that on 11th January 2021 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Lothian and Borders at Edinburgh craving the Court inter alia that ROOFWORX ROOFING and BUILDING SCOTLAND LIMITED, with its Registered Office at 19 Fernieside Drive, Edinburgh, EH17 7HY be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh by interlocutor dated 11th January 2021 ordained the said Roofworx Roofing and Building Scotland Limited and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Edinburgh within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
