Notice is hereby given that on 23 November 2020, a petition was presented to the Sheriff Court of Lothian and Borders at Edinburgh by Thomas Campbell MacLennan craving the Court to recall an award of sequestration against Michael Shu Kin Yip, currently residing at 11 Seton View, Port Seton EH32 0TX in which petition, Sheriff Holligan by interlocutor dated 25 November 2020 appointed any party claiming an interest (if they wish to defend the action) to email the court on edinburghcommercial@scotcourts.gov.uk by 7 January 2021 to state whether they intend to defend the action; and to lodge at the same time written submissions (which parties are to exchange) setting out their submission why the orders craved should not be granted, all of which notice is hereby given.
