Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that P.A.T. (Pensions) Limited assigned a portion of its interest in Basalt Infrastructure Partners II C L.P., a limited partneship registered in England with registration number LP017617 (the "Partnership"), to each of the following: (i) Access Capital Fund Infrastructure II SCS-RAIF, (ii) Altamar Private Equity, S.G.I.I.C., S.A., as trustee of Altamar Infrastructure Income, F.C.R., (iii) Altamar Private Equity, S.G.I.I.C., S.A., as trustee of Altamar Infrastructure Income II, F.C.R., (iv) Delaware Wilshire Private Markets Master Fund, (v) Appia General Partner S.á r.l., the General Partner of APPIA III Global Infrastructure Portfolio SCSp, (vi) GRIF Canada GP A Inc., general partner of Global Responsible Infrastructure Fund A LP, (vii) GRIF Canada GP B Inc., general partner of Global Responsible Infrastructure Fund B LP, (viii) UBS Investment Foundation 3 (a limited partner in the Partnership), and (ix) Golding Infrastructure 2018 SCS SICAV-FIAR - Teilfonds A, with the result that P.A.T. (Pensions) Limited ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.

As a consequence of such transfer, the following were admitted as limited partners of the Partnership: (i) Access Capital Fund Infrastructure II SCS-RAIF, (ii) Altamar Private Equity, S.G.I.I.C., S.A., as trustee of Altamar Infrastructure Income, F.C.R., (iii) Altamar Private Equity, S.G.I.I.C., S.A., as trustee of Altamar Infrastructure Income II, F.C.R., (iv) Delaware Wilshire Private Markets Master Fund, (v) Appia General Partner S.á r.l., the General Partner of APPIA III Global Infrastructure Portfolio SCSp, (vi) GRIF Canada GP A Inc., general partner of Global Responsible Infrastructure Fund A LP, (vii) GRIF Canada GP B Inc., general partner of Global Responsible Infrastructure Fund B LP and (viii) Golding Infrastructure 2018 SCS SICAV-FIAR - Teilfonds A.
