1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Ealing Council, in connection with new access arrangements for the Park Royal Hotel, on the 10th November 2020 made the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985.

2. The general effect of the Parking Places Orders will be to:

(a) Provide a bay for bus parking in Hanger Green which will operate between 7am and 9pm every day of the week;

(b) Provide a loading bay in Connell Crescent which will operate at all times;

(c) Provide a taxi parking area in Connell Crescent which will operate at all times;

(d) Remove a length of permit holder parking place in Connell Crescent on the north-east by Hanger Green and replace it with at any time waiting restrictions

3. The general effect of the Prescribed Route Order will be to be to relocate the prohibition on motor vehicles entering Connell Crescent 40 metres north-west of its current location at the junction with Hanger Green.

4. The Orders, will come into operation on 11th November 2020 other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders including plans, are available by e-mail from trafficnotices@ealing.gov.uk or by inspection at Customer Services Reception, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL between 9:00am and 4:45pm on Monday to Friday, until the 22nd December 2020.

5. Any person desiring to question the validity of either of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any relevant requirements thereof or any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may make application for the purpose to the High Court by the 22nd December 2020.
