Notice is hereby given that on 21 October 2020 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Edinburgh Sheriff Court by Central Scotland Joinery Limited craving the Court inter alia that Central Scotland Joinery Limited having its registered office at Dundas House, Westfield Park Eskbank, Dalkeith, EH22 3FB be wound up by the Court and that Richard Gardiner, Insolvency Practitioner of Thomson Cooper, 3 Castle Court, Carnegie Campus, Dunfermline, Fife, KY11 8PB be appointed as provisional liquidator and after service, intimation and advertisement, interim liquidator; in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 22 October 2020 appointed the said Richard Gardiner of Thomson Cooper, as provisional liquidator and ordained any persons, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Edinburgh Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given.
