An application in terms of ss 29 and 30 of the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 2016 was presented to the Sheriff at Edinburgh (Court Ref: EDI-SQ43-20) by Future Niestandaryzowany Sekurytyzacyjny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty, ul. Grochowska 152/1, 04-329, Warsaw and requesting the Court, inter alia, that the sequestration of Jakub Zalewski, who purportedly resides at Flat 15, 5 Simpson Loan, Edinburgh, Midlothian, EH3 9GX, be recalled; in which Application the Sheriff at Edinburgh by interlocutor dated 19 October 2020 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, 27 Chambers Street, Edinburgh, EH1 1LB by emailing said Answers to edinburghcommercial@scotcourts.gov.uk within 14 days after service and advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
