Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the articles of association of Silver Telecom Limited (the Company), the Company intends to purchase the shares of an untraceable shareholder named Andrew Robert Edwards of last known address 11 Middle Street, Chepstow, Gwent, NP6 5ET (Missing Shareholder), and subsequently cancel such shares.

Notice is further given that the Company shall amend the mechanism in the Company's articles of association pursuant to which shares of untraceable shareholders (including the Missing Shareholder's) may be purchased and inter alia provide that the purchase price shall be held on trust.

Any person who believes that he or she has a valid claim to the shares of the Missing Shareholder and who may be adversely affected by the carrying out of the Company’s intentions, should seek independent legal advice and provide documentation of a valid claim to the Company’s solicitors, Capital Law Limited of Capital Building, Tyndall Street, Cardiff, CF10 4AZ, within 4 weeks of the publication of this notice.
