Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Partners Group (Italy) SGR SpA (representing Partners Group (Italy) Global Value 2014) has transferred its entire interest in Partners Group Access 664 L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL015902 (the “Partnership”) to Partners Group (Luxembourg) S.A.. Partners Group (Italy) SGR SpA (representing Partners Group (Italy) Global Value 2014) has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership. Partners Group (Luxembourg) S.A. has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
