Couriers Ltd by the Sheriff at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on 28 September 2020. The Joint Liquidators do not propose to call meetings of creditors or contributories for the purpose of establishing a liquidation committee, however, one tenth in value of the creditors may request that meetings be called.
