Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Jodine Holdings Limited transferred 100% of its interest in Apax Europe VI - 1, L.P., a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP 9869 (the “Partnership”), to Simon Cresswell. As a result of such transfer, Simon Cresswell was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and Jodine Holdings Limited ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
