Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 29 June 2020 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 7 September 2020, as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of GARDNER , who is a child and single and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name Gardner and assumed the name of Gardner.
