NOTICE is hereby given that on 15 June 2020, an application was presented to the Court of Session (the "Court") by MICHAEL ROBERT PINK F.C.A. of 15 Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London E14 5GL and BLAIR CARNEGIE NIMMO C.A. of Saltire Court, 20 Castle Terrace, Edinburgh EH1 2EG, as Joint Building Society Special Administrators (the "Administrators") of Dunfermline Building Society (the "Society"), incorporated under the Building Societies Act 1986 and with its principal office at 319 St Vincent Street, Glasgow G2 5AS for directions in the building society special administration of the Society on the correct interpretation of legislative provisions, for the discharge of the order made by the Court on 30 March 2009 (the "Administration Order") in respect of the Society (and in terms of which the Administrators were appointed as Joint Building Society Special Administrators of the Society) and for the discharge of the Administrators. In that application, the Court made an order dated 9 July 2020 giving directions on the correct interpretation of those provisions and discharging the Administation Order and the Administrators.
