Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnership Act at 1907, that on 13 May 2020 P D BRICKS NO 1 PENSION SCHEME transferred to EAC EDENHALL SIPP the interest held by it in the MW PRIVATE INVESTORS (BEECH PROPERTIES) LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a limited partnership registered in England (registered number LP017504) and with effect from that date EAC EDENHALL SIPP became a limited partner in the Partnership.
