Notice is hereby given that on 3 April 2020 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow craving the Court inter alia that Catapult Steel Buildings Limited trading as Catapult Facilities, with its Registered Office 7, 199 Chirnside Place, Glasgow, G52 2JT be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by interlocutor dated 11 June 2020 ordained the said Catapult Steel Buildings Limited trading as Catapult Facilities and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
