Pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, the Trustees of the Scheme hereby give notice that the Scheme is being wound up following a bulk transfer of benefits to the Tesco Retirement Savings Plan during 2019.

If you were an employee of one of the companies listed above and were a member of the Scheme (or you believe you have an interest, claim or entitlement in the Scheme), and you have not received written communication regarding the transfer referred to above you should contact: The Trustees of the Budgens & Londis GB Defined Contribution Scheme, care of Robert Goodchild, Booker Limited, Equity House, Irthlingborough Road, Wellingborough, NN8 1LT, or send an email to pensions.department@booker.co.uk. Please provide your contact details along with details of your membership, interest, claim or entitlement.

Details must be sent within 2 months of the date of publication of this notice.

After that date, the Scheme will be wound up and the Trustees will not be liable to any person in respect of any claim, interest or entitlement which was not notified to them before that date.

If you are already receiving a pension, or have received correspondence from the Scheme in respect of the bulk transfer you do not need to write to the Trustees.
