NOTICE is HEREBY GIVEN that on 11 May 2020 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Paisley by the Directors of DOORSET TECHNOLOGY LIMITED (Company Number SC374651) having their Registered Office address at Suite 3003, Mile End Mill, Seedhill Road, Paisley, Renfrewshire, PA1 1JS (“the Company”), craving the Court inter alia that the Company be wound up by the Court and that Joint Interim Liquidators be appointed; and that in the meantime STUART CHARLES ROBB and MICHELLE MARIE ELLIOT, Insolvency Practitioners of Leonard Curtis Recovery Limited, Fourth Floor, 58 Waterloo Street, Glasgow, G2 7DA be appointed as Joint Provisional Liquidators of the Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Paisley by Interlocutor of 14 May 2020 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Paisley within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; and appointed the said Stuart Charles Robb and Michelle Marie Elliot to be Joint Provisional Liquidators of the Company with inter alia the powers contained in Paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
