A Petition to wind up the above-named company (registered no: 03026636) of 550 Valley Road, Nottingham, NG5 1JJ presented on 24 April 2020 by GRAFTON MERCHANTING GB LIMITED T/A BUILDBASE of Ground Floor, Boundary House, 2 Wythall Green Way, Wythall, Birmingham, B47 6LW (the Petitioner) claiming to be a creditor of the Company, will be heard by the Business and Property Courts in the Newcastle Upon Tyne Combined Court by way of a telephone hearing, on 16 June 2020, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
